• All murtis are handcrafted by skilled artisans using high-grade chemical fiber.

• Each product is waterproof, durable, and uniquely designed, ensuring long-lasting quality.

• Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur. These differences are not considered defects but a mark of authenticity.

• All prices displayed are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept UPI, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods.

• Order processing begins only after successful payment confirmation.

• Swarajya Arts Studio reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

• Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified.

• Swarajya Arts Studio reserves the right to cancel any order if there is a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

• We deliver across India using trusted courier services.

• Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and typically delivered within 3 to 4 working days, depending on the location.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on delivery location and package size.

• Swarajya Arts Studio is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

• If the package is undelivered due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, re-delivery charges will apply.

• We do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or defective.

• In case of damage, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

• Once verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases at our discretion.

• Minor imperfections due to the handmade nature of the product are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging for any return request to be considered.

• All designs, images, and content on our website and social media are intellectual property of Swarajya Arts Studio.

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or imitation of our designs is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

• Customers may not use our product images for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

• Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping details. Swarajya Arts Studio is not liable for issues arising due to incorrect information.

• Customers agree to not misuse or misrepresent our products in any way that could harm the brand reputation.

• Swarajya Arts Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage.

• Our murtis are for decorative and religious purposes only and should be handled with care.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• In case of disputes, customers agree to resolve the issue amicably through customer support first. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
