Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated separately.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 5-7 business days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 7-10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 10-15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier delays, or local restrictions.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply based on the weight and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on specific promotions or for bulk orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order through our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

  • Provide images of the damaged product and packaging for verification.

  • After verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Undelivered Orders

  • Orders may be marked as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Failed delivery attempts by the courier.

  • Refusal to accept the package.

  • In such cases:

  • If the package is returned to us, reshipping charges will apply.

  • If undelivered due to an error on our part, we will resend the order at no additional cost.
