At Swarajya Arts Studio, we take pride in delivering high-quality handcrafted murtis. However, we understand that issues may arise. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds, returns, and replacements to ensure customer satisfaction. This website and refund processing system are managed by SK Software Developers (SKSD) to ensure smooth transactions and secure processing.

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

A refund or replacement is applicable under the following conditions:
✅ The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
✅ The wrong item was delivered.
✅ The product is significantly different from its description.

🚫 Non-eligible cases:

  • Minor variations in color or design (handcrafted products may have slight differences).

  • Damage caused by mishandling or improper care.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized orders.

Refund & Return Process

Step 1: Report the Issue

  • Customers must raise a refund or return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect item along with the packaging.

Step 2: Verification & Approval

  • Our team will verify the issue within 3-5 business days after receiving the request.

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per customer preference.

Step 3: Return & Refund Processing

  • If required, customers must return the product in its original condition.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after return approval.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Online Payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.) → Refund to the same payment source.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders → Store credit or bank transfer.

Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund.

  • If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
